Product purchases
Delivery is within New Zealand. Products that are in stock will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of your order. 

Should any product be unavailable (not in stock), we will advise the product is on backorder and the estimated delivery date. We offer courier rates depending on the size of your order and location. We will always confirm delivery costs with you prior to charging credit cards. 

Returned merchandise
Simply return the unwanted product to our store at 100 Jervois Rd, Ponsonby, Auckland 1011, New Zealand within one week of purchase. 
Returned goods must be unused and in condition for resale. If we can help with any question, please email relax@equipoisespa.co.nz 

Booking Policy

No-shows and last-minute cancellations have substantial adverse effects on our small business. It means that other clients cannot book these time slots with us, and both therapists and other clients are inconvenienced. We employ the very best therapists, and we invest a great deal in enhancing their education and training. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate that a 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be added to your account.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice (for appointments up to 2 hours duration) or 48 hours notice (for appointments of 2 hours or longer) so that we can offer that time slot to another client. By providing this notice, your deposit will either be held for your next booking or will be completely refunded to you. If you don’t provide us with the appropriate notice or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Our goal is to accommodate as many clients as possible during each business day and ensure that everyone has a sufficient opportunity to be seen by our therapists. Helping us by providing this courtesy, will allow us to better serve you during your sessions.

Gift Vouchers
Our time is as precious as your appointment, for your voucher to remain valid 24 hours cancellation time is required. If you fail to show or cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, 100% of the value of your gift voucher will be redeemed. This voucher is non-refundable or redeemable for cash. As it is our busiest time of the year, gift vouchers will not be accepted during the month of December. If you have a Gift Voucher, please phone or email to make an appointment due to our online system requiring a deposit at the time of booking.
Our vouchers have a 3 month expiry period. This is to allow for products, treatments, or specials (e.g. Christmas vouchers) to change.
Post-Covid policy: After that time your voucher can be used for the dollar amount it was purchased at, for an additional 9 months

Privacy act
Your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information and any other personal information that we hold is for the sole use of Equipoise Spa Health & Beauty Ltd and any of its subsidiary companies. This information will not be sold or rented to any third party.
Please email the clinic for answers to any other privacy questions. We may from time to time email news on our special offers, features, and services. You can opt out of any such communication - click on the unsubscribe feature located in your email. You will then receive a further email asking you to confirm that you wish to unsubscribe from communications from us.

Transfer of ownership
On any sale or acquisition of Equipoise Spa Health & Beauty Ltd or its assets, any consumer information in the possession of Equipoise Skin Clinic & Spa at that time may be transferred to the purchasing or acquiring company.

We may from time to time update this policy. Amendments to this policy will be posted to this page
